HOW TO SHOP ON iSLAY AFRICA

Buying clothes on iSlay Africa is just like buying clothes on any other online store, except it is a lot more familiar. Simply click on the product(s) that you want to buy, then click “buy” and either “continue shopping” or “proceed to checkout”. Once you are ready to make a payment for the products you selected, you will fill in the required information on the payment page as well as select your preferred payment method. Once you are done filling in those details, click “confirm” and sit back and relax as we process your purchase and deliver your product in 3 days.
You can pay for your purchase using one of the following options: *PayFast: A quick and secure online payment gateway that allows you to make an instant EFT into our account (there are no lengthy details required with this option) *Direct bank deposit: You can deposit the money directly into our account at any FIRST NATIONAL BANK branch or ATM Online payment: You can make an online payment from your account to ours. This option will only be cleared and processed once the money reflects on our system. For a quicker option, please consider the PayFast gateway.
Not only do we use the most trusted and secure payment gateways in the industry, we also offer you the option of making a payment either by making a direct bank deposit (at an FNB branch or ATM); or by making a traditional online payment. For your convenience however, we do encourage you to make use of our payment gateways, as this allows for your purchase to be processed more quickly and makes it easier to shop next time.
No, we do not disclose your information to third parties. Your information securely stored and is only used for the purposes of processing your order(s) and deliveries.
No, you do not need to have an account to make a purchase. However, having an account makes it easy for you to make purchases as you will not need to enter your information every time you want to buy something, because your information will already be stored.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We charge a flat rate of R99 on all orders for delivery anywhere in South Africa. If you are in Johannesburg,Gauteng and would like to collect your order instead, that option is also available (and shipping won’t be charged). For areas outside of South Africa, shipping costs vary according to your exact location. Please contact our office to get more information on this.
We deliver to all areas in South Africa. For most areas, we do a door-to-door delivery, whilst other more rural areas require the customer to pick up the package at the nearest post office.
If you purchase something that is in stock, then it will be delivered to your chosen address within 3-5 working days, once your order has been successfully processed. The processing of orders usually takes less than a day, on condition that the customer has provided all the necessary information and paid on time. Please note: Items that are Available on back order are items that are not in stock at the moment; and therefore can only be delivered in 14 working days or more. Should there be any delays, our office will keep you updated on that.
We use a courier service that delivers the products do your door. For more rural areas, the product is delivered to the nearest post office that you will be able to collect your product from.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Certainly, on condition that the item purchased does not fall into any one of these categories: *Cosmetics and fragrances *Swimwear *Hosiery *Hair accessories *Earrings and Jewellery *Underwear and undergarments *Items on ‘Sale’ Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the exchange of the items listed above. For any other items, simply contact us with your exchange request and we will be able to assist you with your exchange. Please note that for an exchange to be successful, we only accept goods that meet the following conditions: *You exchange the item within 3 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery *You complete the exchange form and attach it with the item that you wish you to exchange when you send it back *The item is in its original saleable condition: with all original tags; in an unworn, unopened and unused state; and any sewn labels are still attached If you wish to exchange a product, please send an email to info@islayafrica.com with your exchange request so that we can send you an exchange form. You will then fill in the form, attach it to the item(s) that you wish to be exchanged and then send the parcel back to us using an Aramex flyer which can be purchased at any Pick ‘n Pay for R99. If you are not able to comply with our exchange requirements, iSLAY AFRICA reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. iSLAY AFRICA will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.
If you wish to return a product, please send an email to info@islayafrica.com with your refund request so that we can send you an refund form. You will then fill in the form, attach it to the item(s) that you wish to return and then send the parcel back to us using an Aramex flyer which can be purchased at any Pick ‘n Pay for R99. *IMPORTANT: Please note that we do not issue refunds in the form of cash, but rather as store credit that you can use later when you find something else on our store that you like. The only exceptions for a cash refund will be when an order could not be fulfilled as a result of issues on our side.
